With over 30 years of yoga experience, Lisa brings a deep love for the mind-body-spirit connection, honoring how energy flows, heals, and occasionally keeps us on our toes. She offers a compassionate, inclusive, and nurturing approach, blending mindful movement, breathwork, and energy awareness to help students reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner balance.

A 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with additional training in Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.  She weaves energy healing, mindfulness, and relaxation into her classes and one-on-one sessions, including Reiki and sound healing, helping students restore balance, calm the mind, and nourish body, mind, and spirit — smiles encouraged!

Her classes focus on accessibility, grounding, and creating safe, welcoming spaces where students can cultivate self-awareness, inner peace, and a little lighthearted joy along the way.
