GROUP FITNESS

FREE use of cardio equipment before or after all classes!

Small group classes allow you to work with a nationally Certified Trainer at a group rate. Balance for Life is a non-membership based facility, meaning there are NO MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP DUES in addition to your classes. Plus working out in a group is a ton of fun and introduces you to others with the same goals and fosters the development of friendships which can help adherence and results.  These classes are open enrollment so you sign up for the classes you want to take you can purchase one class or a class package.  

 

BFL Difference:

  • Your first class is FREE* at Balance for Life.

  • All classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted. (10-15% longer than competitors 45-50 minute classes)

  • All classes are taught by a Certified Instructor.

  • All classes are small 2-6 people. (to assure individual attention)

  • BFL provides all equipment plus lockers, towels & bottled water at no additional cost.

  • Full use of cardio equipment before or after class at no additional cost.
