With 25 years of experience practicing yoga, Jennifer brings a deep passion and understanding of the mind-body connection to her teaching. Her journey into Pilates began as a way to strengthen muscles and prevent injury, complementing her yoga practice. What started as a supportive cross-training tool quickly evolved into a deep passion. After many years as a dedicated client and experiencing firsthand the transformative benefits of Pilates, Jennifer felt inspired to step into the role of teacher. For her, Pilates became the yin to yoga’s yang—a powerful counterpart that brought balance, structure, and strength to her movement practice.

As a committed Balance for Life client since 2009, Jennifer has been on a path of continuous growth in her fitness journey, evolving from student to teacher with purpose and enthusiasm.

Jennifer is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She is trained on Reformer currently through Balanced Body and is working on completing her comprehensive Pilates training through Balanced Body to be able to use all of the Pilates Apparatuses with clients. As a creative perfectionist, she strives to find the perfect harmony between yoga and Pilates, bringing a unique and well-rounded perspective to her classes and client sessions.

Her focus is on structural alignment, using props, and offering modifications to ensure that all clients progress safely while developing a heightened awareness of their bodies. Jennifer’s passion for both yoga and Pilates shines through in her teaching, as she works to help others achieve their full potential with mindfulness, precision, and care.
