Elizabeth is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor and brings more than 15 years of teaching experience to her classes, offering a grounded, accessible approach that supports students of all ages and abilities. She specializes in deep stretching, restorative yoga, mindful alignment, creating classes that blend functional movement with a calming, supportive atmosphere.

 

Elizabeth is currently earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which deepens her understanding of anatomy, physiology, and holistic care. This clinical foundation informs

her teaching, allowing her to guide students with a thoughtful, body-aware approach.

 

Elizabeth’s classes emphasize breath, mobility, and nervous-system regulation, helping students build strength, release tension, and reconnect with themselves.

 

She is known for her warm presence, individualized attention, and commitment to making yoga both welcoming and transformative.
