Bridgette graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2005. She is a certified in Massage Therapy.  She takes an integral approach to massage and combines different modalities for the best results.  Her goal is to help clients achieve an overall healing for the mind, body and spirit.

She specializes in: Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Craniosacral Body Work, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones and Salt Stone

Bridgette was born and raised in Minnesota. She love poetry, cooking and being with her family.
