Mary is an experienced and skilled massage therapist who is very passionate about massage and believes in the transformative power of touch. She takes a holistic approach to her massage sessions with clients, considering not only the physical but also the emotional and energetic aspects of my client's well-being.

Mary’s goal is to help my clients achieve balance and relieve pain and tension, allowing them to live their lives to the fullest. Mary graduated from an extensive massage training program in the Philippines. She has been living in the United States since 2011 and moved to Minnesota in 2020.  She is trained in Philippine Hilot massage as well as Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Reflexology, Prenatal, Salt and Hot stone.  Hilot is a part of a traditional, ancient culture in Asia. Filipinos in ancient times regarded this as a miracle art of therapy. It is a kind of therapeutic or physical manipulation that has a good influence on the veins, bones and muscles.
