Stephanie has a BS in Biology.  She started teaching in the fitness industry in 2017 and has taught a variety of class formats in a variety of settings.  She is a dedicated and knowledgeable fitness professional specializing in senior fitness. Passionate about promoting healthy aging, she designs classes that focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being for older adults.

Certified in Group Fitness, Senior Fitness, Holistic Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coaching and Functional Nutrition and equipped with a deep understanding of age-related physical changes, Stephanie takes a compassionate, safety-first approach to help clients maintain independence, prevent injury, and enhance quality of life. When leading group classes, she creates a supportive and motivating environment where every individual can thrive—no matter their age or fitness level.  Stephanie says, ‘ As a Group Fitness Instructor, I greet participants by name, project a positive and energetic attitude, love to get to know each participant and share my love and joy for group fitness.’
