Certified Yoga Instructor
Nicole is a graduate as a Health Fitness Specialist. She teaches a variety of yoga styles, to help individuals meet goals with a safe, yet effective, mode of exercise to all abilities. Certified by Yoga Alliance as a 200 HR yoga teacher, Nicole customizes her classes and sessions to the needs of students using communication and visual cues to adjust her teaching style. The benefits of yoga include stress management, mind and body wellness, and building physical strength and flexibility, among others. She successfully has been trained in a wide variety of styles of yoga as well as in therapeutic applications geared specifically to counter the negative effects of stress and to release tension that can cause pain and illness.
