Essential Pilates Mat

This class is a 5 week class that focuses on the essential Pilates mat exercises. This class is perfect for those that are new to Pilates or people getting back into Pilates. Each class will emphasize correct technique and includes modifications and prop suggestions to meet each student’s specific needs. You can learn these exercises and practice them at home between classes. We will add exercises in each week. All body shapes and fitness levels are welcome and will feel successful in this class. If you have ever wondered what Pilates is all about, this class is for you.
