Certified Personal Trainer

 

Kevin has been in the fitness industry helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals since 2005. He started out with his Personal Training certification and trained at a small gym in his home town, Springfield, MN. He then went on to receive his B.S. in Nutrition from Saint John’s University and his M.Ed. in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota. Over the years, he has gained experience training clients of all ages and abilities.

 

Kevin is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a TRX Certified Suspension Training Coach, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Instructor, and has his Senior Fitness Specialty Certification through the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). He works to stay up-to date on certifications and new techniques so he is able to offer clients the best program to fit their needs. His specialization is in strength training, cardiovascular training, weight loss, flexibility and mobility training. His philosophy is to find what works for clients within their lifestyle. He believes health, wellness and fitness goals are a lifestyle journey that go beyond a set of training sessions.
