Certified Personal Trainer


Jenny has been training clients and teaching classes for many years.  She is a Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) and also has a Nutrition Certificate through Precision Nutrition.  Jenny also has training in Tabata/HIIT, TRX, Kettlebells, Kickboxing and Senior Functional Living classes. She has trained clients with various fitness goals over the years, clients looking to become healthier, get stronger, lose weight, tone up and more. 


Jenny understands what it feels like to feel strong, have energy and be happy with her body but she has also been on the other side of that, she was overweight and unhappy with her body years ago.  After she had her son, she had postpartum depression and turned to food to feel better.  Before she knew it, she had reached 200 pounds.  At that point, she knew she had to make a change.  She decided she needed a personal trainer to help her get back on a healthy path.  Meeting with a personal trainer was truly inspiring.  She began to lose the weight and gain a passion for helping people.  She realized she wanted to be the one to inspire and help change people’s lives with exercise and healthy eating.  She realizes that there are so many more benefits to exercise than just losing weight; the strength, the energy, the feeling of accomplishment to name a few.


Jenny lives her life with an 80/20 balance and likes to teach her clients the same philosophy.  She knows it takes hard work, dedication and self-discipline to see results and make healthy changes.  Those things are not always easy to start doing by yourself, and that is why she is here to assist and encourage you.   Jenny believes there is a balance to living your life and living healthy and that you can have both.
