Emily’s movement practice is fueled by curiosity and sustained by joy. She is a firm believer that the body is capable of anything one puts their mind to. Combining her background in Psychology and passion for movement, Emily loves guiding clients in reframing their relationship with movement, mindset, and themselves.
Emily is Certified in Personal Training, Yoga, and Nutrition. She loves creating movement plans that help you feel your best in everyday life. She teaches group fitness classes in a creative way, implementing a wide variety of movements so you never get bored and your body is always challenged.
Emily has many years of experience training clients and has a lot of experience in the areas of running and endurance training. She loves training clients from Beginners to Endurance Athletes to help them feel their best.
When she’s not training clients, Emily enjoys all things active outside with her husband and 3 kids.
