Certified Yoga Instructor


After being introduced to the practice of yoga at the age of 16, Elena has made it a part of her lifestyle and has been growing her love of the practice and philosophy ever since. Elena used yoga to improve her mental health and her concept of self and loves sharing Yoga with others. She completed her 200-hour Yoga training through Runa yoga/sutra seeker YTT.  She has also taken a 40 hour trauma informed yoga training and loves continuing to learn more.


Since Elena has been certified, she has been teaching in various settings ranging from yoga studios to even goat yoga in Duluth.  She has recently moved to the Twin Cities and is excited to be apart of the Balance for Life team.  


Elena’s classes offer a positive and welcoming environment where everyone is able to be their true authentic self. You can expect to leave her classes feeling refreshed, grounded, empowered and satisfied. 


She feels fortunate to have gained the knowledge and passion for yoga at the young age she did. She wants to continue her yoga training along with her physical and mental growth. The positive impact it has had on her life she wants to be able to share with her community.
